Bonding is among the easiest and least expensive methods to enhancing the look of your smile. Bonding can be used to improve the appearance of a discolored or chipped tooth, filling in cavities, or to protect a portion of the tooth's root that has been exposed when gums recede.

A composite resin that matches the color of the tooth most closely will be used on the affected tooth or teeth. Once the tooth is prepared, we will apply the tooth-colored, putty-like resin. It is molded and smoothed into the perfect shape and then hardened with an ultraviolet light or laser. We then polish the toothe to give you a fresh, new smile.

Bonding can last up to 10 years and is a safe, affordable, and fast solution for many cosmetic and general dental issues. Tea, coffee, cigarette smoke and other substances can stain your new tooth. To prevent or minimize these stains, avoid eating or drinking these foods for the first 48 hours. In addition, brush your teeth often and have them cleaned regularly by our dental hygienist.
